We ship with DAO Parcel Shop through Shipmondo. Price depends on the parcel's size and weight, calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1-3 business days within Denmark with DAO, once the parcel is dispatched.
Can I return a piece?
Yes -- you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the item. Let us know and send it back at your own cost. For a genuine defect, our standard 24-month statutory warranty applies and we cover return shipping.
How do I pay?
Payment isn't handled directly in the shop yet -- reach out via "Interested?" and we'll arrange payment.
